- Press the current button to set the charging current on your portable electric car charger.
- Hold the current button for 3s to enable “No Grounding” mode if needed.
- Use the timer button to schedule charging and hold for 3s to reset.
- Press both buttons for 3s to switch the EV charger type 2 into standby mode

What is the order of connecting the charger?
- Step 1: Plug into an electrical outlet
- Step 2: Set the current and delay time.
- Step 3: Plug the Type 2 plug into the vehicle charging outlet.
NOTE: Please set the current and time before step 3. Once the Type 2 plug is inserted into the vehicle, it cannot be changed.
Can the charger be used without grounding in the event of a ground fault?
Our chargers have no-grounding mode. In the event of a temporary ground fault, you can switch to no-grounding mode for emergency operation according to the operating instructions.
What should I do if I receive an error code while charging with the charger?
The charger is equipped with a safety protection device that will report an error if there is a potential safety risk.
Error Code:
#1 - Leakage problem
#2 - Overvoltage problem
#3 - Grounding problem
You can perform a proper inspection or contact our service team to troubleshoot the problem.
Why does the actual charging power not reach 3.5 kW?
The current value on the charger is set to an upper limit. The actual charging speed depends on the power supply, the charger and the vehicle itself. Some vehicles may have a power limit. Normally a power loss of 0.5-1 kW is normal.
Can I charge in the rain?
Our products are waterproof (IP65 for the control housing and IP54 for the Type 2 plug). However, to avoid unnecessary malfunctions, we recommend that you do not use the product in heavy rain or immerse it in water for long periods of time. If necessary, you can protect the product with the waterproof bag we provide.
